The coronavirus outbreak is impacting the entire world, shaking many of our certainties, and changing our calendars. Most of the design fairs and events have been cancelled or postponed to 2021, including the most important one, the Milan Design Week.

While trying to figure out how the current international scenario will impact the design industry and how design can help us overcome this crisis, businesses and designers are finding new safe and digital ways to share their creativity, research, new products and services.

From June 16th, Isola Design District turns digital and will give anyone in the world the chance to experience design in a new and a resilient way. We are so happy and proud to announced that this year SOMA is one ISOLA GOES DIGITAL Official Digital Media Partner. Every year, during the Milan Design Week, we cover the main exhibitions from different design districts, and Isola has always been a must-go destination for us.

We are joining them on their mission to make design more accessible, to give visibility to emerging talented designers and projects, to new researches and new solutions so needed in a post-pandemic world.
